1 ripe, frozen banana
2 cups fresh spinach
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon flax seeds
10 tablespoon green apple puree
1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or nut milk of choice)
Preparation
Add all ingredients into a blender.
Blend on high for 30 seconds to a minute.
