Ingredients
6 tbsp chopped gherkins
1kg baby new potatoes, halved if large
3 tbsp mayonnaise
6 tbsp soured cream
2 shallots, finely chopped
3 tbsp baby capers
2 tsp Dijon mustard
Preparation
Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender.
Mix the rest of the ingredients and season well.
Drain the potatoes and cool then toss with the dressing.
