Ingredients
1 cup milk
2 tbsp pumpkin puree
1 tbsp sugar, or to taste
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1/8 tsp ground cloves
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup brewed espresso
2 tbsp sweetened whipped cream
Preparation
Gather the ingredients
Add the unsweetened pumpkin puree, sugar, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, vanilla, and espresso to a small pot
Bring to a simmer on a medium low flame and whisk occasionally until the pumpkin puree has been incorporated and the sugar and spices dissolved
Add the milk to a second pot or to a microwave safe jar and heat just enough to warm through
Whisk the milk vigorously until it begins to foam. Alternately, if you have a milk whisker, use this to create the foam desired
Pour the hot coffee mixture into a mug and then pour in the milk foam
Top with whipped cream and a dash of cinnamon, if desired.

Can I get it iced?
Yes! You can add the coffee mixture into a glass of ice and topped it with milk foam.
