Ingredients
2 tbsp oil
5 cups chicken broth
IQF Sliced Carrots
2 chicken breasts, shredded
Celery, Onion, Leek, Garlic, Thyme, Chopped Parsley
Salt and Black Pepper to taste
Preparation
Add oil in a large pot on medium heat, saute the veggies, add the garlic, salt, and pepper
Add the herbs, chicken, and the broth, stir well, and cook until the chicken is fully cooked
Add in the parsley and serve
